Christmas 2009!

We decided last minute to go up North and see my parents before we went to St. George to be with Seth's family. We even drove through the night which ended up working out really well since Lincoln slept the whole way! We were not prepared for the cold though so we had to stop off at Walmart and get Lincoln bundled up! My dad watched Lincoln for us when we got there so we could sleep and this is how I found them! It was so cute. Lincoln has the best grandparents. It was really fun to see the snow. Lincoln loved helping Daddy shovel the snow with a dust pan! Cherie' came up for a day with her kids so we had fun spending time with them. I'll always remembered Dad coming out of his room all geared up in his BYU attire singing the Cougar song ready to watch the game. It was great! I even caught Josh showing some BYU pride! haha I love my fam.

Spencer and Tyler were in St. George over christmas too so we got to meet up for lunch at Cafe Rio! It was fun. We couldn't keep Lincoln contained though, he insisted on sweeping up the floors with their broom! Then afterwards we had fun trying to get our car jumped. Thank goodness for the guy with a big truck. Lincoln gave Spencer and Tyler big hugs. It was cute.

We spent Christmas in St George with Seth's family. It was nice and we had a lot of fun. My favorite parts were going on walks, going swimming at the big indoor pool and watching going down the slides again and again with Grandpa Grand, going to Zion's, playing games, and watching Lincoln have so much fun with all of his Aunt's and Uncles.
Lincoln had fun opening presents..especially other people's! This was his second christmas and we had a lot of fun with him.

We got to go to Zion's which was just beautiful. I love seeing the red rock capped with snow. We attempted to hike emerald pools, but we didn't make it very far with a stroller. The path turned into complete ice! The rest of the group was able to finish it while we just hung out. Lincoln loved pulling his stroller everywhere, running around on the grass with Grandma Jo, playing with the snow, and seeing a deer. It was pretty fun!

Lincoln had fun playing with Mary and Shelbi, but he wasn't quite as good about sharing as he was the last time we saw them. Shelbi got a phone for christmas and Lincoln thought it should be his! He wouldn't even let Shelbi get close to his cars, he'd always beat her to them. It was pretty funny.

Reading books with his daddy and his favorite Uncle Ben!
