This was our trip to San Fransisco and Sonoma county. We went for my brother's wedding celebration, and I am so glad we did! I wouldn't have missed the chance to support my brother in his marriage, whether I agree with it or not. He and Tyler are both great people and have been committed to each other for a long time. With all of the prop 8 stuff and our differing views on this matter it's been hard to really be able to express our love for him. He is one of the most amazing people I know! I am really so happy for him because I know he's happy.
It was fun to go and see their new town house.. which was beautiful. And I wish I would have gotten a picture of cooper(their dog) all dressed up in his tux. It was great meeting Tyler's family as well. We had a brunch there and then set out to see a bit of San Fransisco before we headed north. Seth had never been there so we made sure to go to Fisherman's wharf, the Painted Ladies, Lombard street, and of course the golden gate bridge! It's my new goal to be better about pictures b/c I really dropped the ball on this trip. Didn't even get Spencer and Tyler or the golden gate bridge!!! I am so bad.
We stayed at the Rio Villa Resort where they had the ceremony, right by the Russian River under a willow tree. It was all just beautiful, and the reception dinner and dancing were wonderful. While we were there we also got to see the ocean and go to the redwoods, which was amazing. It was such a great time! I love ya Spencer!
